It’s not a great success. But it has elements that – too me – are pure genius. Like his lisp. And some awkward break scenes.

Gap has a new (or maybe old) campaign about dressing normal i.e. normcore. So first of I’m not sure if normcore is normal. Secondly, I’m not sure if the clothing can qualify as normcore (in their defense they don’t call it normcore, but I’m pretty sure that’s what they’re going for). Thirdly, why use celebrities to promote normal? Is that to say that the cool people dress normal or is it just that it would be too boring without them? The celebs they’ve chosen are good choices though and perhaps they are people who are not crazy dressers.
The execution is fine and looks as it should, I guess. I just don’t think is makes much sense.
